Refund & Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Important Warranty Note: If the part is defective or damaged, it must be returned without disassembly for a proper technical evaluation. If the part is returned disassembled, the warranty will be voided. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

  • Restocking Fee: All returns for credit (except those due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error) are subject to a [Insert Percentage, e.g., 15% or 20%] restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, testing, and repacking to ensure our premium quality standards.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (minus the restocking fee), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
